Privacy & Terms

• Your name — shown to other members of your league; never shared outside it.
• Invite email addresses — used only to send your league's invite link. Never shown to other members, never used for anything else.
• Your PIN — stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text. We cannot see it, and cannot recover it for you (a league owner can reset it and issue you a fresh invite link).
• Your picks — the public figures you draft, and the public facts (birth date, Wikipedia link, image) the app fetches about them from Wikidata/Wikipedia.
• Your avatar — if you upload one, see the photo section below.

If you upload a photo to generate a stylised avatar, it is sent to an AI service to draw your avatar, then discarded. We do not keep your source photo — only the generated avatar image is stored, and only that is ever shown to other members.

If the avatar service is ever unavailable, the app falls back to a plain circular crop of your photo instead — that fallback image is stored the same way (kept), the original is still never retained.

• Your league's members see your name, picks, and score — nothing else.
• Your email address is never shown to anyone except the platform admin.
• Every league is private. There is no public directory of leagues or players, and league pages are excluded from search engines.

Ask your league owner to remove you as a member, or contact us directly (below) and we'll remove your name, email, and avatar from the league. Historical scoring records for a completed season are kept in the league's Hall of Fame archive as part of that season's result — tell us if you'd like your name anonymised there instead of fully removed.
